Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations to discuss outstanding debts and payment schedules.
- Negotiate repayment plans with borrowers to ensure portfolio health and minimize bad debt.
- Collect payments in cash or via transfer directly at the customer's site.
- Verify customer data and update internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, including cash summaries, and submit them on time.
- Identify potential credit risks and escalate difficult cases to the team leader for resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid SIM (driver's license) is preferred for field mobility in Pontianak.
- Possess a smartphone for communication and reporting purposes.
- High integrity, honesty, and strong problem-solving abilities.
