As a Collection Recovery Specialist, you will represent CIMB Niaga with integrity and excellence. You will engage directly with customers to negotiate repayment plans, resolve account discrepancies, and ensure a positive customer experience during the recovery process. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled field visits to customers to collect outstanding payments and recover delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate favorable repayment terms and payment schedules based on customer financial capabilities.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and update the CRM system with current account status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful debt resolution.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts or potential fraud cases to the Team Leader immediately.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory compliance, and ethical collection standards.
- Manage personal workload efficiently to meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational requirement: SMA/SMK (High School Diploma) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in collections, sales, or customer service is required.
- Valid SIM A Driver's License is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya area.
