Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site visits to perform field collection activities for assigned delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate effective payment plans with customers to resolve overdue balances.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all field visits and collection outcomes via our digital tools.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions or account resolutions based on customer circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the central office to reconcile daily collections and documentation.
- Manage a localized route efficiently to maximize daily recovery targets and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collection, debt recovery, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and de-escalate difficult situations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a field schedule effectively.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications for reporting and data entry.
- Valid driver's license and own motorcycle are highly preferred.
