- Conduct field visits to recover overdue payments from clients across Davao del Sur
- Negotiate customized payment plans and settlement agreements with clients
- Document all collection activities, client interactions, and financial assessments
- Analyze client financial situations to recommend appropriate recovery actions
- Maintain accurate records of collection progress and client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment disputes
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines during all collection activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections, customer service, or sales
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in mobile devices for data entry and reporting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Resident of Davao del Sur or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of local areas in Davao del Sur
