Skyro is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Collection Representative to join our growing team in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for recovering overdue payments through strategic direct visits and effective communication. We are looking for individuals who are not only persuasive but also possess a strong commitment to customer service and ethical debt resolution.
As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for negotiating manageable payment plans and recommending corrective actions to ensure financial recovery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Skyro's financial health by reducing bad debt and fostering positive relationships with clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquencies.
- Negotiate flexible and sustainable payment plans with customers based on their financial capabilities.
- Assess client financial situations to recommend appropriate corrective actions and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, interactions, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify trends and improve overall collection efficiency.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding their account status and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or field sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory in Bukidnon.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the resilience to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet monthly collection targets.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
