Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to delinquent account holders in Mambajao, Camiguin, to discuss outstanding balances.
- Negotiate and arrange feasible payment plans tailored to the customer's financial situation.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the CRM system and update customer records.
- Verify the identity and financial status of customers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding bills or payment methods efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends in non-payment and suggest strategic improvements.
- Follow up on accounts that require additional collection efforts or legal action where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, debt recovery, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (crucial for field work).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the Camiguin area.
