Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face collection visits to delinquent accounts in the Malita and surrounding areas.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable payment plans and arrange for the settlement of overdue debts.
- Verify account status, review outstanding balances, and update customer records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain terms and resolve payment issues professionally.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily collection reports to management.
- Identify potential credit risks and recommend corrective actions or account closures as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships and adhere strictly to compliance and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field collection, debt recovery, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and persuasive under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
