Field Collection Representative – Cauayan City, Isabela
Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in financial services? Skyro, a fast-growing financial company in the Philippines, is looking for a Field Collection Representative to manage collections in the Cauayan City area. This is a full-time, field-based role where you will directly interact with clients, recover overdue payments, and help maintain positive customer relationships.
As a Field Collection Representative, you will be responsible for visiting customers' premises, negotiating payment plans, and recommending corrective actions to avoid further delinquency. You will also maintain detailed records of all collection activities and report regularly to management.
We are looking for someone who is persistent, empathetic, and results-driven. Previous experience in collections or sales is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate. You must be willing to travel extensively and have a valid driver’s license.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to customers' locations to recover overdue payments
- Negotiate terms of payment and establish realistic repayment plans
- Assess customers' financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and interactions
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection progress and outstanding accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve team targets
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in collections, sales, or field operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within Isabela
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (motorcycle/car) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets
