Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to clients with overdue accounts to recover payments
- Negotiate and establish customized payment plans aligned with company policies and client capabilities
- Document all collection activities, client interactions, and payment arrangements accurately in CRM systems
- Identify and recommend corrective actions to prevent future delinquencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication throughout the collection process
- Adhere to ethical collection standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, field sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Must be physically fit to travel within Metro Manila
