Are you a persuasive communicator looking to make a tangible impact in the financial sector? Skyro is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Representative to join our growing team in Mandaluyong. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Skyro in the field, responsible for recovering overdue payments through direct, professional visits. We are looking for someone who excels at negotiation and can turn challenging situations into positive resolutions.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a positive cash flow by negotiating feasible payment plans with debtors. You will also be tasked with recommending corrective actions for non-compliant accounts and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. As a Full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our recovery strategy, ensuring that our collection targets are met while upholding the company’s professional reputation.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₱15,000 to ₱19,000 per month, providing financial stability and room for growth. If you have a knack for problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face visits to clients to recover overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
- Develop and implement effective payment plans tailored to the debtor's financial situation.
- Document all interactions, agreements, and account status updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Recommend corrective actions for accounts that are at risk of default.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive rapport with clients during high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex collection cases.
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
