Join Skyro's dynamic financial services team as a Field Collection Representative in Zamboanga del Norte. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person field visits to recover overdue payments from clients in assigned territories.
- Negotiate flexible payment plans tailored to clients' financial capabilities.
- Assess client financial situations and recommend corrective actions for delinquent accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during collections.
- Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in field settings.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Zamboanga del Norte.
- Knowledge of local area geography and client demographics.
