Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to meet clients face-to-face regarding outstanding accounts and payment obligations.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans to settle overdue balances without compromising customer relationships.
- Assess customer financial situations to recommend appropriate corrective actions and solutions.
- Document all collection activities accurately and in a timely manner using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve complex account issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical collection standards.
- Follow up proactively on accounts to prevent further delinquency and improve recovery rates.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are highly preferred for this role.
- Physically fit to perform regular field travel and visits.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving monthly collection targets.
