We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle direct field visits and collections from customers who have failed to pay according to contract agreements. In this role, you will act as the face of Indodana, building relationships with customers to resolve payment issues amicably while adhering to strict compliance standards. As a key member of our recovery team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our portfolio quality. Your day-to-day activities will involve navigating the Jabodetabek region to ensure that payment commitments are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular field visits to debtor locations within the Jabodetabek region.
- Performing direct payment collections and negotiation with defaulting customers.
- Verifying customer identity and repayment capability during on-site visits.
- Documenting all collection activities and updating customer accounts in the CRM system.
- Ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Communicating payment plans and restructuring options to customers effectively.
- Reporting daily collection targets and obstacles to the Team Leader.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A) is a must.
- Ability to travel independently and manage a personal vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily collection targets.
