Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person negotiations with clients to resolve overdue payments and provide customized financial solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits and proactive communication
- Analyze client financial situations creatively to propose repayment plans that balance recovery objectives with client needs
- Exceed monthly collection targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates
- Prepare detailed field reports on client interactions, payment statuses, and potential risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products during client engagements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections, sales, or customer-facing financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in negotiation roles
