Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting field visits to customers to manage payment collection in accordance with company standards.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Providing clear explanations and solutions to customers regarding their payment obligations.
- Ensuring all administrative reports and field visit logs are updated accurately and in real-time.
- Achieving monthly collection targets set by the management.
- Handling negotiations and settlement plans professionally according to established procedures.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during field activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 23 to 35 years old.
- Proven experience as a Field Collection or in a similar debt recovery role is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorbike.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of the Kalimantan Timur local area and geography.
- Ability to utilize mobile devices for reporting and data entry.
