Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting scheduled and unscheduled field visits to customers who have missed their payment obligations.
- Engaging in direct, professional, and persuasive negotiations with customers to secure overdue payments.
- Maintaining accurate and real-time documentation of field visit outcomes and customer interactions in our internal CRM system.
- Providing clear explanations regarding payment plans and the consequences of continued delinquency according to company policy.
- Collaborating closely with the internal collection and legal teams to resolve high-risk accounts.
- Adhering strictly to company SOPs and industry ethics codes during every interaction with customers.
- Achieving monthly collection and productivity targets as set by the department management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, debt recovery, or related roles is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle in good condition.
- Deep understanding of the geography and layout of the Jakarta Raya area.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective negotiation techniques, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision while maintaining high output.
