Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Team Leader to oversee our operations in Sunggal, Sumatera Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of our collection and recovery teams to ensure the successful achievement of monthly targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for your team, providing strategic guidance, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence.
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the financial stability of the company by implementing effective recovery strategies and maintaining strict compliance with legal regulations. You will be expected to prepare detailed performance reports, analyze collection data, and communicate vital information to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily field collection activities to ensure high recovery rates and meet organizational targets.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to improve collection strategies and individual skills.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports and analytics to senior management regularly.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly comply with legal regulations and company ethical standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor junior staff to enhance their confidence and effectiveness in handling difficult accounts.
- Investigate complex cases and develop tailored recovery plans to minimize bad debt.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account statuses in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within banking, financial services, or debt collection.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian debt collection laws and recovery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is highly preferred for field travel.
