We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Collection Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the Jabodetabek area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring our field collection operations, ensuring that we achieve our recovery targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance. You will lead a team of dedicated collectors, driving performance through strategic planning, effective training, and robust supervision. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the field collection team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of field collectors to improve individual and collective performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as collection rates, recovery amounts, and attendance.
- Analyze collection data and identify trends to implement strategies for process improvement.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance negotiation skills and product knowledge.
- Handle escalated and complex collection cases personally to ensure successful resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in debt collection, field operations, or a similar financial role.
- Proven experience in team leadership, with a track record of managing and motivating a sales or collections team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Jabodetabek area and maintain a valid SIM A driving license.
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and debt collection laws is highly preferred.
