Carbay Philippines Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated Field Collections Officer to support our financial operations. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding accounts through proactive field visits and strategic telecommunication efforts. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular field visits to delinquent accounts to negotiate payment settlements.
- Managing telecommunication collections via calls and SMS to secure payments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the CRM system.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers to foster long-term goodwill.
- Documenting customer interactions, including payment agreements and dispute resolutions.
- Collaborating with the credit assessment team to review account status.
- Meeting daily and monthly collection targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in collections, field sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance targets.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid government-issued ID and professional attire.
