Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face collection visits at client locations within Subic and nearby areas.
- Review account statuses and verify payment terms to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settle outstanding debts effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
- Document daily collection activities and submit detailed reports to management.
- Escalate complex or high-value accounts to the senior management team for resolution.
- Represent Skyro professionally at all times to uphold our brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in collections, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation tactics and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily collection targets.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
