Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to residential and commercial clients to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors while maintaining professionalism
- Document collection activities accurately using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and update client information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all collection activities
- Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to prevent future delinquencies
- Maintain positive client relationships while enforcing repayment obligations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections, customer service, or field-based roles
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile devices
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Tacloban City and surrounding areas
