Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct timely and professional field visits to assigned clients to discuss account status and collection efforts.
- Verify client whereabouts and business status through diligent field investigation.
- Gather and report accurate neighborhood feedback to provide insights for risk assessment.
- Maintain clear, concise, and updated records of all collection activities and client interactions in the company database.
- Coordinate closely with the Collection Manager or Collection Supervisor regarding high-risk accounts and collection strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards during all field operations.
- Achieve monthly collection targets as set by the department management.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience in field collection, debt recovery, or field-based verification roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Ability to navigate Ortigas and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications or reporting tools for field documentation.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
