Tanggung Jawab
- Collect payments from clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure secure handling and safekeeping of company funds and sensitive documents
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily/weekly collection reports
- Maintain positive client relationships during field visits
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for remittance processing
- Manage and reconcile cash collections against financial records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous field collection or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy character with high ethical standards
- Basic knowledge of financial transactions and reporting
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to field requirements)
