In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the secure, timely, and accurate retrieval of cash from kiosks and other collection machines. You will act as the frontline representative of Electronic Transfer And Advance Processing Inc., maintaining the security of our assets and ensuring smooth cash flow operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Securely collect cash, checks, and other payment methods from designated kiosks and collection machines on scheduled routes.
- Ensure all collected funds are accurately counted and properly documented in daily logs or collection sheets.
- Verify the operational status of machines, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the central office immediately.
- Secure cash in tamper-evident bags and transport it to the designated secure facility for deposit.
- Provide exceptional customer service to machine operators or location managers, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Adhere strictly to company security protocols and cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.
- Perform daily reconciliation of collected amounts against machine records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience in cash handling, banking, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation are essential for this field-based role.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform accurate cash counts and basic arithmetic.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and responsibility regarding company assets.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the role, including walking, driving, and lifting moderate loads.
