As a Field Collector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits to customers who have outstanding payment obligations. Your primary focus will be to collect dues according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), negotiate payment plans, and ensure that our financial services are delivered with integrity and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations to collect outstanding loan payments and installments.
- Communicate with customers regarding their payment status and explain the terms of their loans clearly.
- Enforce payment collection strictly according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Negotiate feasible payment arrangements with customers facing financial difficulties.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and transaction data in the internal system.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve payment-related inquiries and complaints.
- Report daily collection activities, issues, and customer feedback to the team leader or supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid SIM (driving license) is highly preferred for field mobility.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections with patience.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the assigned area (Majenang, Jawa Tengah).
- Must have a valid ID Card (KTP) and be willing to undergo a background check if required.
