Tanggung Jawab
- Visit debtors at their residences to collect outstanding payments in person
- Communicate payment options, deadlines, and consequences of non-payment clearly
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and debtor interactions
- Collaborate with credit team to update debtor information and payment statuses
- Resolve payment disputes through negotiation and alternative payment arrangements
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices
- Submit daily activity reports and collection performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections, sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resilience and emotional intelligence in handling difficult situations
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping
- Must reside in Bandung or West Bandung area
