Tanggung Jawab
- Execute company collection policies and procedures effectively
- Conduct field visits to meet customers and collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent accounts
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with credit and sales teams to resolve account issues
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; finance degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection or financial services
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial terminology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations is advantageous
