Tanggung Jawab
- Visit clients in designated areas to collect outstanding payments according to schedule
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions
- Resolve payment issues and negotiate payment arrangements with clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring collection targets are met
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the Collection Supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during all collection activities
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Age between 18-35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collection or related field
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with personal vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
