Tanggung Jawab
- Visit designated areas in La Union to collect payments from clients
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections
- Update client information and account details during field visits
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve account issues
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must own and be able to operate a motorcycle
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in the La Union area
- Must have basic knowledge of financial transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be honest, reliable, and trustworthy
