Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to customers for loan collection activities
- Communicate payment terms and overdue notices to clients professionally
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit to team supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ethical practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of experience in collections or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone usage
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
