Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to clients for payment collection and account reconciliation
- Investigate client payment histories and identify overdue accounts requiring follow-up
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements with delinquent clients
- Maintain accurate digital records of all client interactions and collection activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Prepare daily activity reports and performance metrics for team leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during collections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of experience in collections, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in basic office software and mobile applications
- Residing in Surabaya or surrounding areas for efficient field coverage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
