As a Field Collector, you will handle accounts in the current and 1-30 days overdue buckets. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to consumers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment terms.
- Manage and control billing for accounts that are currently due or overdue by 1-30 days.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure long-term financial health.
- Update customer account records accurately in the CRM system after each collection visit.
- Document all collection activities, including agreements and payment confirmations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory compliance standards during all interactions.
- Identify potential risks in customer accounts and report them to the credit team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily collection targets.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) is an advantage.
