Tanggung Jawab
- Visit clients in designated areas to collect loan payments and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all collected payments and transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned area
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of all outstanding payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
- Submit daily collection reports and maintain proper documentation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for all collection activities
- Identify potential opportunities for new financial products and services
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license (Driver's License 1 or 2)
- Access to a reliable motorcycle for field work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and travel within Pangasinan
- High school graduate or equivalent; college education is a plus
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
