Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to clients for in-person loan collections and payment processing
- Verify client information, loan documents, and payment authenticity during collection activities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transactions and client interactions
- Resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate repayment plans with clients
- Report daily collection activities, challenges, and client feedback to management
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and financial compliance regulations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients across Pontianak and surrounding areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in field collection, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in basic accounting/cash handling procedures
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Pontianak region
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions
