This position requires you to proactively manage and control collections for overdue consumer accounts, specifically targeting those within the current and 1-30 day overdue buckets. Your responsibilities include conducting field visits to verify customer information, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely recoveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to manage collections for overdue consumer accounts (current & 1-30 day buckets)
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment delinquencies and negotiate repayment plans
- Verify customer information and update account details through field assessments
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with credit department to resolve complex collection cases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit recovery, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Proficiency in basic financial concepts and payment processing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field operations
- Proficiency in Indonesian and local regional dialects
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
