This dynamic role requires you to proactively manage and oversee collections for overdue accounts (current & 1-30 days past due) to ensure timely loan repayments. You'll conduct face-to-face visits with clients, maintain accurate payment records, and build strong client relationships while adhering to ethical collection practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to clients with overdue payments for current and 1-30 day delinquent accounts
- Execute structured collection plans while adhering to financial regulations and ethical guidelines
- Maintain accurate payment records and update collection status in company systems
- Develop effective negotiation strategies to secure timely repayments from clients
- Collaborate with credit analysts to resolve disputed account discrepancies
- Prepare daily collection reports and performance metrics for management review
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients during collection processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years in collections, banking, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication skills
- Basic knowledge of credit terms and financial products
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Teluk Sampit area
- Proficient in using mobile devices for data collection and reporting
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling client financial information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
