Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to assigned customers to manage outstanding accounts and perform collection activities.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues professionally and ethically.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the company database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards at all times.
- Provide regular reports to the team lead regarding collection progress and market observations.
- Identify potential risks or irregularities in customer accounts during field activities.
- Educate customers on payment channels and the importance of maintaining good credit standing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in debt collection, field recovery, or account management.
- Age between 18 - 35 years old.
- Possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- High integrity, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of the Serang and surrounding Banten area.
- Able to operate mobile applications and digital reporting tools effectively.
