- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to drive product adoption

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG or tobacco industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental market dynamics
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the territory
