Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and trade partners in the assigned Cebu territory.
  • Execute brand availability, visibility, and accessibility programs to ensure maximum market impact.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels, store compliance, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
  • Provide insightful market feedback to the sales management team to refine commercial strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, trade marketing, or account management (FMCG experience is a major plus).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned Cebu territory.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
