Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and delivery routes to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations to prevent stockouts
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve logistical issues in real-time
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including delivery reports and invoices
- Optimize resource allocation to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency
- Conduct field visits to verify operations and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations
- Strong proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
