Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site consultations with educational institutions to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for teachers and administrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports on client feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align educational solutions with curriculum requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or B2B client relations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of Indonesian education system and curriculum standards
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in educational technology or services
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent travel across Sumatera Utara
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
