In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the PAG 1 to 3 on-site inspection, local operation, and monitoring of critical plant systems. You will oversee the routine minor maintenance of the Boiler and associated equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
As a Field Engineer, you will act as the technical liaison on-site, ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of PAG 1 to 3 units to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Perform local operation and continuous monitoring of boiler systems and auxiliary machinery.
- Execute routine minor maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies during operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the operations and maintenance team to optimize plant performance.
- Document inspection results, maintenance logs, and operational reports accurately and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in power plant operations, specifically with boiler systems and PAG units.
- Familiarity with on-site inspection protocols and routine minor maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid certification or license in engineering (if applicable) is preferred.
- Physical stamina to work on-site and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
