Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on telecommunication infrastructure and network sites.
- Diagnose and resolve network faults and service outages efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform site surveys and audits to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site access procedures during all field operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, fault reports, and site visits accurately in the internal system.
- Collaborate with the NOC and engineering teams to optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, or Computer Science).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a field engineering or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optics, networking, and telecommunication equipment (e.g., Huawei, ZTE).
- Valid driving license and own transport are essential for this role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical site visits in various weather conditions.
