Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with engineering specifications and project timelines
- Conduct quality control inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and structural components
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and workflow bottlenecks
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records
- Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments to maintain accident-free work environments
- Monitor resource allocation and budget adherence for assigned project phases
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in field engineering and construction methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Willingness to travel to remote project sites and work flexible hours
