We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Engineer to join our dynamic team at Syspex. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial machines and systems. You will act as the primary technical contact for our clients, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest quality standards. As a Field Engineer, you will travel to client sites to perform diagnostics, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement technical solutions. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency for our partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source parts and optimize the capabilities of the technical team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during all installation and service activities.
- Document all service reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback accurately for compliance and record-keeping.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients regarding the proper use and care of installed machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Field Engineer or in a similar technical service role.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical components.
- Valid driving license and physical stamina to work in various field environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
