Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and resource utilization while maintaining strict budgetary controls
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Implement cost-effective solutions during construction phases to maintain profitability
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on project sites
- Manage documentation including blueprints, permits, and compliance certificates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field engineering or quantity surveying roles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost estimation principles
- Certification in project management (PMP) or quantity surveying is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make on-the-spot decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software
- Valid PRC license (Professional Engineer) preferred
