Tanggung Jawab
- Execute site surveys and perform end-to-end installation of security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm sensors.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software anomalies in the field, providing rapid technical support to minimize service disruption.
- Configure IT infrastructure, network switches, and server components to support security monitoring platforms.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met within project timelines.
- Document all site activities, system configurations, and maintenance logs in compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to end-users on system operations and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field engineering, preferably in the physical security or IT infrastructure sector.
- Strong working knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, IP networking, and server architecture.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, network analyzers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel between various project sites within the Central Region.
