As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of engineering systems. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of engineering equipment and systems.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to coordinate workflow and meet project milestones.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work orders, and inventory usage.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members or clients when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecommunications).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a field engineering or technical support role.
- Valid Class 3/3B driving license is highly preferred for site mobility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and engineering software is a plus.
