Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage Enterprise System Technologies according to client specifications.
- Configure and maintain virtualization environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and similar technologies.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and security patching.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and system diagrams.
Kualifikasi
- Must have strong knowledge of virtualization software (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field engineering or system administration roles.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and enterprise infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
