Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain critical Point of Sale (POS) systems at client locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in field environments
- Perform regular system maintenance and preventive care protocols
- Provide on-site technical support and client training
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of field engineering or technical support experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hardware installation, networking, and POS systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
